Brenna Skalski is a bi-coastal actress from Atlanta, Georgia, with a strong athletic foundation. A former Division I softball player at George State University and current competitive pickle-ball player, she brings discipline, stamina, and a natural physicality to demanding roles.

Before acting full-time, she worked as a paralegal, and experience that sharpened her insight into complex human dynamics and continues to shape her approach to character work.

Her feature film credits include PUSHED OFF A PLANE AND SURVIVED (Lifetime), THE COUPLE UPSTAIRS (Lifetime), as well as the independent features THE HIM I KNEW and ZOMBOIS. She also appears in Season 2 of THE HUNTING WIVES (Netflix) and can be seen in Jessica Chastain’s upcoming Netflix film HEARTLAND , scheduled for release in December 2026.
